Enyimba forward, Joseph Atule has expressed confidence in Olanrewaju Yemi’s ability to help the team defend their Nigeria Premier Football League title.
Yemi, who was formerly an assistant to former head coach, Olanrewaju Yemi, is in charge of the Aba giants for the remainder of the season.
Atule believed that Yemi’s appointment will bring continuity to the club.
He also enjoined his teammates to rally round the young tactician to bring success to the club.
“No doubt we are going to miss Finidi George but he is in a high position now and we wished him all the best,” he told DAILY POST during his live session on his social media handle.
“Coach Yemi is also a very good tactician; he encourages us players a lot and am sure he will help us achieve our goal of defending the NPFL title.
“He will move on from where coach Finidi stopped because they have worked together for long, so we are hopeful.”
