Stanley Oviri Obukohwo who got famous with the stage name O’Stainlez is a Nigerian Stand Up Comedian, Activist, born in 1980s, in Effurun, Uvwie Delta State, Nigeria.
O’Stainlez Obukz is a fast rising Comedian who has so far gotten some, nominations, recognition and awards that could serve as an evidence that he is doing well while on stage in the aspect of stand up Comedy, if you ever witness him on stage, you will understand better. CAREER
O’Stainlez Obukz started acting very early at a very tender age in the drama department in church, which was where he also started singing.
He has always been a story teller as well right from the age of 8 while still in primary school. He would be called upon to tell both students and teachers stories during break period in primary school, so much that he was one of the teachers and students favorite. He took this habit with him to his secondary school days and beyond to the extent it became part of him.
He later discovered that his story telling and entertaining habit was not just an habit but one of the strongest and deepest part of him. With this discovery, he only had to put a little effort and that’s how he found himself entertaining. This is why he would always quote his riddle “I talk for beyond the money, but my microphone is my oil well”.
He is also also one of the few who dares to speak out against any form of oppression through his videos and opportunities to use the microphone while addressing an audience.
His comedy career officially started off around 2017. He is one of the best when it comes to spontaneity in comedy.
